An exclusive location for the whole day
Villa Antona Traversi and its spaces are available for a single reception, throughout the day, with the possibility of agreeing on timetables. You can choose between various solutions for the aperitif, seated lunch or dinner, the dance and the final part of the day.
The Chorus Hall is a space that can accommodate up to 250 people in a single indoor environment. For the outdoors, in case of rain or uncertain weather, Villa Antona Traversi – thanks to the large arches of the cloister – allows all guests to be accommodated “under the roof” while remaining outdoors, without having to resort to tensile structures or similar solutions.
During winter months, the large heated area (more than 500 square meters) allows you to organize the reception even for numerous guests.
The banqueting service is guaranteed by an internal structure of the villa, with more than twenty years of experience in organizing weddings and events. Starting from a rich offer of menus, there is always the possibility of personalizing the reception and providing thematic corners and special buffets. It is possible to choose between various organizational solutions (apéritif prolongé, classic menu, after dinner with open bar, etc.) with a wide range of tablecloths, cutlery, glasses and accessories. There are also special menus for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs.
Official civil ceremony
Together with the reception it is possible to organize the official civil ceremony directly in Villa Antona Traversi, the first and third Saturday of the month (morning) or the second and fourth Thursday of the month (morning and afternoon). The ceremony can take place inside, in the Hall of the Masks, or outside in the Cloister.
An internal staff takes care of the floral decoration, from the buffet to the centerpiece. It is possible to customize every room and every moment, from the entrance to the thematic corners, with your favorite flowers and colors.
For companies, it is possible to diversify the various moments of the convention with an area dedicated to the conference and another to business lunch or gala dinner. It is also possible to organize specific exhibition spaces and dedicated areas.
